Dr. Shelby Masse is a dedicated professional with a Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership, and Education Policy (LLEP) and a concentration in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut. Her expertise spans teaching, coaching, and research, creating a unique blend of academic insight and practical experience. Passionate about gender equity in sports and women’s leadership, she has presented at respected conferences, demonstrating a commitment to driving positive change.

Her previous roles included U17 Head Coach for Connecticut ODP, as well as Head Coach and Goalkeeper Coach at several premier clubs in Connecticut.
